For paid events, payment processing information is collected by Stripe on our behalf. Desify does not store your full payment card details.

* IP address * Browser type and version * Device type * Usage data (pages visited, actions taken on listings, events, or threads)
This helps us operate and improve the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:

4. Data Retention
4.1 Listings
Adverts are deleted automatically after their expiry period if not renewed. When deleted, the advert and associated images, conversations, and wishlist entries are permanently removed.
4.2 Events
Free/RSVP events are deleted after the organiser deletes them or as otherwise specified in our Terms. Paid event records (tickets, invoices) are retained for a minimum of 2 years for compliance and accounting purposes.
4.3 Threads
Threads and related conversations are permanently deleted when removed by the user or by Desify moderators.
4.4 Account Deletion
If you delete your account, we will remove or anonymise your personal information, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or compliance purposes.
